I cant download Kontakt 7

recently kontakt 7 player has been bugging out a lot so i chose to attempt to delete it entirely and it went all wrong. it wasnt able to repair its self and i got it to finally download but now it doesnt finish downloading. it says i need to grant access to native access and daemon but they already have full access to my disk. i am on mac, does anyone know what to do?

    Update the device of your computer or laptop, then make a custom folder for plugins inside the desktop, then go to the File Management and change the location to that folder.

    I hope it solved the problem.
