I subscribed to the Native Instruments YouTube Channel. Some decent tutorials by NI staff, and a lot of user/creator uploads. Some are good, most.... well...

I’m thinking of investing in a Maschine+ but am a bit of a newbie when it comes to those kinds of controllers. Is it “too much” of a device to start with? I’ve been a longtime happy user of some NI software and a mixing device. Just not sure about making the jump.

Hi guys, happy to be here

Hindsight is always 20/20 , meaning it's always easy to second guess all your decisions later. So with respect to the Maschine+ then it could be considered a lot of money to invest if you find out after buying it that it is not really for you and you are not going to use it that much , in hat case it would have been better getting a Maschine Mikro or a cheap second hand Maschine Mikro. But if you buy a Maschine Mikro and really like it then you would maybe get annoyed that you spend money on buying the Mikro when you could have used that money on getting the Maschine+ (do you get what I mean ?).
Best thing would maybe be if you know of a place , at a friends place or at a shop , where you could try a Maschine and then see what you like and then take it from there ?
Also , in November it is N.I. Cyber Season (probably meaning sales) , and even if I can not promise you that there will be a Maschine sale then maybe you ought to wait and keep an eye on things here in November ? 😉 😁 😎

Thank you , yes , incidentally , please notice the differences between the versions of Maschine (the page also lists prices though rather far down) : https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/maschine/production-systems/maschine/compare/
Also in case of a sale then some special offers , like bundle offers , could possibly be shown only on pages linked to from the front-page !
