Traktor 3.10 doesn't startup

Hello everyone, how are you? I'm using Windows 10 and recently purchased a license for Traktor 3. Before that, I was using Traktor 2 and I updated it through the Native Instruments website.

However, after the installation was completed, the program doesn't open. Nothing happens at all. When I check in the Windows Task Manager, the Traktor.exe process does appear, but it's very brief, less than 1 second, and then it disappears.

What should I do to make it run correctly? I've tried it on another computer with the same operating system, and it worked fine.

This sounds a lot like the issue Traktor Pro 2 had with intel Ice Lake, Tiger lake or Alder lake CPUs.

The main solution suggested in this thread was a downgrade.

I did that, and it worked, but I really want to use version 3.10 because of the pattern controller function.

Oh, and my processor is an Intel i5 5200U, it's not in the Ice Lake, Tiger Lake, or Alder Lake CPUs lists.

Ok. So that’s a new problem arisen.

At least now you have Traktor back to work, until someone from NI will help you 😉.

They’ll make you probably go through many questions of the Self-help wizard, but at the end you should be able to open a ticket (always if the servers don’t have any problem)
