Spitfire serial number seems not recognized in NA

Hi

Just bought Studio Strings in Spitfire wbesite, my serial number seems not recognized in Native Access... check the screen.

Is this a NI problem or Spitfire please ?

    I bought LCO Strings from Spitfire yesterday and registered it on NA2 but thought it did take a tad bit longer.

    Absolutly don't work in my case... the support of Spitfire bad ... no solution.

    I claim a refund
