Contact with native instruments
Hello Guys!
anyone of you know how could i contact with a NI member of the team customer services for example? , l purchased the traktor pro 3 and i can’t use it at all as doesn’t support interface what i want to use then i would asking a refund!
the emails they’re doesn’t working and i haven’t got fax machine to use that number

NI has a Support area here:
However, note that already registered products, already opened software boxes or download versions of a product cannot be refunded.
