I need to merge two accounts

I purchased NI Komplete 14 and created a new account then realized I had a account from when I purchased my maschine and Kontrol but I haven’t use them in years so now I’m getting back into things I want all my packages in one account I have sent a few emails and no response.

Or just transfer licences from one account to another.

1) Ask for licence Transfer from Account 1 using NI web page.

2) You will receive Licence Transfer Code.

3) Import licences to Account 2 using Licence Transfer Code.

4) Licences will be moved from Account 1 to Account 2.
