Invalid registration with Maschine from Guitar Center

so I bought my maschine from Guitar center some time ago but have been unable to use it due to computer restrictions, so I bought a fancy new computer loaded everything up and now...I keep getting an invalid serial number message I had it limping by on my old computer and I'm logged into the same account what am i doing wrong??

    Hey @nikofox, we've got a few similar cases lately about second hand Maschines from Guitar Center.

    Their selling speech is probably unclear whether it's new or refurbished, but in most cases it seems the serial is already registered to its previous user. Best is to contact our support so they can help you get it registered to your account.
