how to solve the problem with native factory library 2

I installed factory library 2 through native access but when I want to load an instrument I get a message that says:

this instrument belongs to a library that is not installed currently!

@Guilleyk Check that post, it has been an issue for a little while now: Kontakt 7 Factory Library "the instrument belongs to a library that not installed" error message
