Cannot download Kontakt 7 in Native Access - download failed OS X

Added serial, waited for loading products a good 8 minutes wait, finally got to page where I chose to download Kontakt 7 and then got message download failed, with no explanation.

Help please

Hello,

just try again and again, maybe also later. That issue also happens very rarely on my system, maybe to much traffic on native servers.
