can I transfer keys from one Native account to another?

Hello dear, I am very happy to enter the Native community! I've been a fan of you guys for a long time and now I bought a Kontrol S4 MK1, (classic!), and the former owner gave me access to his Native account. I would like to know that I can transfer the product keys to my personal account and how I should proceed. Could you help me? already thank you and I am very eager to start - thanks!

the previous owner needs to do a license transfer that will allow you to import the license to your account. Here is an article with all the info you need!

And please tell the previous owner that - whatever the reason is - sharing an account is never a good idea. (Not to mention it could be a breach of the ToC/ToS/EULA).
