cannot download Noire piano and Cremona string

I just purchase this Noire and Cremona ends up cannot downlaod..but for free Kontakt 7 I can download other effect soundlibrares... just not my purchased product...I need help...any suggestions on which sound piano and string libraries compatible with Mac m1?

Hey, what exactly is the issue? Is the download failing in Native Access? Make sure to use the latest version below:

Kontakt is compatible with M1, there should be no issue on that level.

I can install native access.. but can't download Piano Noire even after change the location folder.
