Denon Mc 6000 outer faders don't respond

Hey guys,
I have a problem with my controller. I use the Denon MC 6000 with Traktor Pro 3. Everything works, however the two outer faders do not respond in my software program. they are intended to control the sound of the two bottom players. The two middle faders work fine by the way! Who has a solution for me?? Greetings Klaas
