Native Instrument "Waiting for Connection"; Unable to download any libraries

Hey all,

I am currently having issues downloading/updating any libraries into my mac computer. I tried many methods including the one recommended by Native instrument (link: https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017647557-Native-Access-Error-Waiting-for-connection-). Anyone has any ideas to troubleshoot or solute this issue?
