Account Problem: Can't reset password due to disabled email account

hi i have a quite complicated problem regarding the NI account which i have active traktor scratch pro licenses. The email used in this account has been disabled due to inactivity, and I can no longer reset my NI account password. In the Native Acces application on the PC it is still open, and I can see my codes and any Update to be done, but to move the license I need to access the old account, which after hours of research and attempts seems impossible, how could I do? could you somehow cancel these licenses in order to use the leaflet in the product box and reinstall the programs? I don't really know how to do it ... with my current name as in this account: Marco Tantau. if you need photos or investigations, I am happy to provide what you need.
