[SOLVED] Constant "Waiting For Connection" indicators when attempting to install updates on Monterey

I've been trying to install Massive X Replica and Replica XT updates But just get this.

My network and internet connection is fine and I've had no issue before with installing via NA

Same issue here with Native Access (solved by turning off Private Relay) and same goes with some NI web pages not loading. Now fixed as well. What gives?!
