Activation error message

Hi all, so just bought an unused by the looks of it, second hand Mk3 from an on line auction site and getting activation serial number is invalid? Is there a work around?

Using MacOS Catalina

Any help grately appretiated!

Make sure the # you are using to register is correctly entered…should be on a card in the box…if all else fails, there is No workaround, you need to contact Account and registration support to get things resolved.

Just curious : the S/N appearing under my Kontrol S61 MK1 would not be the one to register? I can't remember having received a card with another S/N. I want to sell this unit and I have not registered mine because I don't need their entry level Komplete bundle, as I own their Ultimate Komplete suites. So, what should I do? I don't remember anything else aside having updated the firmware...

The S/N on the underside should be the proper number for registration…if it is not working, then you need to contact support at the link I provided above… only official support can help with registration issues…
