Habe darüber hinaus alle weiteren Tipps, die ich im Internet fand, angewendet. Leider ohne Erfolg.

Ich werde wohl wieder die Version 1.12.1 installieren müssen.

then please contact support, they can send you a tool that runs a diagnosis, outputs a file that you then have to send to support back. What also could help is to create a new user, with admin rights of course, install it then you can delete the user. Please use google translate next time, that if someone has the same issue and searching the forum they can maybe find the solution here.
