Traktor Pro Plus 3.6.1 link Beatport / Beatsource don't work

I subscribed to Traktor Pro Plus for 1 year but how can I benefit from 3 months of access to Beatport? When I try to log in via Traktor I always get the warning that my account is invalid.

>>I just learned that I was supposed to get a code to activate Beatport and Beatsource but that never happened. Who can I contact to receive it? I can't find any email addresses

I haven't recieved a code either.
