Also, I paid for the service last year sometime but stopped it. Does this mean I cant get the 3 months now? If so, I'd rather get my money back.

I did contact the online chat even, but no quick resolution, is there a solution? If there's a solution, just send us the code for the 3 months beat port/beat source, so we can try it out and see if it's worth to continue paying for one of those services! :)
