Drumlab and Scarbee not showing instrument picture animations

Yo guys, my drumlab and scarbee mark 1 instruments aren't showing the proper animation like it should.

How do I fix this? ALL image files are present at the NI folders at program files/common files and public documents

Click the gears, on the instruments tab, make sure that the path to the Resource Container (.NKR) file is valid, if not locate the .NKR usually sound in the Samples folder.

@freebob This can happen when the wrong driver or device is chosen in Kontakt. Can you post a screenshot of your audio settings in Kontakt in standalone?

@freebob Could you resolve the issue? Did you check the audio device selected in Kontakt in standalone?

It appears that option is not available in the Player Instrument Options...although looking at the directory structure, the .NKR file is in the correct location.
