how to activate free kontakt factory selection

Hey guys, how do I activate the free kontakt factory selection and get it out of demo mode. It says activated on the NI website when I log in, and I entered the serial on the NI app on WIN10, but in kontakt it says it has not been activated yet and is running in demo mode

    Refresh Native Access and then run Kontakt in Stand-alone mode first. See if that helps.
