Transfer licence for 'unregistered' products

Hi all,

I understand that for registered software in my account I need to request a licence transfer via the NI team to resell etc.

But for software that I own but have never registered (e.g. duplicate products), if I want to transfer to someone else, can I simply give them the serial for them to register as a new product? In other words, can I avoid doing the transfer request in this case?

    If the serials have not been registered to your account yet, you should be able to register them to any account.

    Pretty sure if you have not registered a serial (and it is not part of a bundle so free to be used) you can just give it to anyone (or sell) since there is nothing NI need to transfer for it.
