Key Highlighting 11M to 10D

How Come when I use the below Key guide Traktor doesn't highlight the 10 D tracks. The master track I am using is 11M. According to this sheet 10D is a perfect match. I even tried changing the setting to also include adjacent keys and it still doesn't highlight it. Any idea?

I am not sure the sheet I posted is entirely correct either. I think its wrong.
