you need to post a screenshot of what you are seeing and explain exactly what you are trying to load.
That means the Sample or Instrument is missing, for example:
Reinstall whatever instrument is missing, if its a sample then you have to located it.
this what happened when I load my previous saved files, need help please
and I can't locate the samples or files anymore
Are you saying the files are Gone? Have you checked the install location of the Expansion that this kit belongs too... There should be a "samples" directory, where the files are located. If the files do not exist, try reinstalling the Expansion.
