i was looking for Blocks Base and Mikro Prism but i'm not able to find them anymore in my Native Access Dashboard, could you help me to find them?
What is your version of Native Access ?
I do not think that Ventura is still supported but I am not sure that that explains them missing in N.A. . Blocks Base and Micro Prism should both be shown in Library tab and section Reaktor.
You can also try turning on 'Show Legacy' to see if that makes any difference.

Hi @PoorFellow , thanks for answering, i do have 3.26 of native access, and even with show legacy, i'm not able to find them :(
If you are sure that you are logged into the correct account then the only attempt to fix that I know of is the My Product is Missing in Native Access trouble shooter (including the reset XML file).
If none of that helps then you needs the assistance of N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.
Blocks Base and Mikro Prism was once included in Komplete Start, but not anymore.
Both were a kind of "demos" for Blocks and Prism, so if you already have those, there is nothing more on Blocks Base or Micro Prism, if they are still available at all.
