How can I redeem my Komplete 15 Select license when it says "We couldn't get a code for this offer"?

The problem I am having is that when I press the "Get Code" button on the inMusic website or in the software, it says "Error getting code for 'FREE Native Instruments Komplete 15 Select license for your Oxygen'". I haven't even tried to redeem it before this so it's not like I already used it. I know that this is the inMusic software but I saw that it was through Native Instruments, so I thought I would try this forum. I hope this is an appropriate place for a question like this but I can't find anywhere that discusses this problem. (Lastly, if anyone can connect me to real customer service for inMusic to resolve this easily, I would be so grateful.)

The only way to initiate any support is by using the web-interface : Please contact N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.
