My turntable doesn't appear in input router settings

I've recently upgraded my laptop & it now has Windows 11 OS. Previously I'd use my PLX-1000 with the S4 controller.

I am now unable to get any sound input, it's not the deck. When selecting phono input there's no sound. Under input settings all that appears is Microphone L & R.

I tried downloading the drivers from the Native website… everything stopped working, so uninstalled them.

Any ideas please?

Both are set to allow access. There's no option to select the deck as input

Did you select the S4 as the sound card under Audio Setup?

And make sure to use the ASIO driver.

Could it be related to recent driver issue with S4 mk3? I can't test DVS.

@lord-carlos any particular source for the ASIO driver, a search comes up with lots of options

Yeah I think that is the issue. The WASAPI shared can't do inputs for whatever reason. You can also try WASAPI (exclusive) i'm not sure if it will help.

But normally Traktor should install the driver for you, and you just have to select it in the drop down.

That is windows basic driver, can you select ASIO in that menu?

@lord-carlos thank you, that's sorted it. I can now digitise Sisko, Light Over me as well as use my decks again.
