If this is in the NI shop when trying to buy the Komplete Select of your choice and you have nothing else in the cart then you most likely needs the help of N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.
