TRAKTOR Pro 4 upgrade price not available despite owning TRAKTOR Pro 3 with S4 MK3

Hi,

I own a registered TRAKTOR KONTROL S4 MK3, and TRAKTOR Pro 3 is included in my Native ID and visible under Product Downloads / Native Access.

However, when I log into the Native Instruments website and open the TRAKTOR Pro 4 product page, I only see the full price of $149. No TRAKTOR Pro 3 → TRAKTOR Pro 4 update/upgrade price is offered.

I have already contacted Account/Order Support and a case has been created: Ticket #868897.

Could someone from NI please confirm whether the bundled TRAKTOR Pro 3 license associated with my S4 MK3 qualifies for the TRAKTOR Pro 4 update price, and whether this may be an account entitlement issue?

Usually then such issues require NI/inMusic Support (ref. : your ticket #868897) , NI forum Customer Care can only check account for what products it has and they do not rectify any account problems anyway since it needs NI Support department. Also then if NI forum Customer Care are going to check anything then they will not be here before sometime next week.
