Native Access cannot find the new version of Kontakt 8 Player

Hello,
After purchasing a new virtual guitar instrument, I've been trying to update Kontakt 8 Player without success…
Native Access won't let me download the new version; it searches, but nothing appears under “Updates.”
None of my other virtual guitar instruments are working either.
What can I do?

How does Kontakt 8 Player shows in Native Access? Installed? Make sure to have the latest Microsoft updates available for your Windows 10 system.
