[SOLVED] Rane SL3 working on Windows 11 25H2 with Traktor Pro 3 – Full DVS / ASIO guide

I managed to get a discontinued Rane SL3 fully working under Windows 11 25H2 with Traktor Pro 3, including ASIO, two-deck DVS/timecode and normal vinyl passthrough.

The main problem turned out not to be Traktor or the SL3 hardware itself, but Windows 11 blocking the legacy Rane kernel driver through the Microsoft Windows Cross Certificates for Code Integrity Exceptions Policy.
