Cannot login to NI account on the website

Have tried logging into my account on the website, both with my google account and with email/password. Have even tried changing my password and cannot login, get this message.
It works when Native Access opens login page in the browser, but I cannot access my account on the Native Instruments website.
Help please.

Try signing in using another browser not used before and with no extensions and all cookies accepted (e.g. try FireFox or Chrome or Vivaldi Browser).

If you can not login then try if you can get Riff the bot to open a Support ticket even if you are not logged in : Please contact N.I. Support , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.

@Jeremy_NI , Hi all, I am experiencing this exact same issue. I raised ticket #862901 five days ago, but only received the standard password reset response, which does not fix the glitch. Please include my ticket when the technical team rolls out the solution. I hope this will be fixed soon. Thank you.
