Hi everyone. I have a practically new, registered Maschine MK3, and I'm having trouble with the control buttons: Plug-in, Channel, Arranger, Mixer, Browser, Sampling, the arrows, File, Settings, Auto, and Macro.
The buttons light up, and the software CAN control the hardware (if I change something within the software, the buttons/LEDs change accordingly). But it doesn't work the other way around: if I press those buttons on the hardware, the software doesn't react.
All the other controls (pads, knobs, and the remaining buttons) work perfectly.
What I've already tried:
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers
- Reinstalled the Maschine software
- The Native Instruments hardware/communication service is running (confirmed in Task Manager)
- Powered the hardware off and back on with the software open
- Connected directly to a USB port on my computer, no hub
- Have the power supply connected
- Tried a different USB cable, not the original one
Has anyone run into the same issue, or does anyone know what might be causing this?
