Native Access 3.26 refreshing product list bug

Hi there,

everything was Ok until native access updated to 3.26 version.

When launching NA it sends me to internet login page.

Credentials OK - message telling OK and going back to NA.

And there : error message "sonething went wrong while refreshing product list"

I did eveything that came in mind (regedit, deleting Native access, NTK daemon, etc…uninstalling, installing etc…

Hint: Native Access 1.14 finds mu products without difficulty but as it's deprecated by NI, new pièces of software is not considered (Ie Mascine 3.7 update)

I seem to have the same (or a related?) issue.

N.B. To be honest, whilst trying to resolve the issue, I found out I have two instances on Native Access installed on my MacBook, one in the ~/Applications/ folder and one in the ~/Applications/Native Instruments/ folder …

To install Maschine 3.7 update, I opened Native Access. I got prompted to install Native Access update immediately, or after quitting Native Access. I choose to Install Native Access Update and restart Native Access. After Native Access Update, the only products shown as "Installed" according to Native Access are iZotope products. None of my Native Access products are shown. I quit Native Acccess. Whilst restarting Native Access, I noticed I had two Installs as mentioned above. I opened the second Install shown after pressing 'Cmd + Space', as such opening the Native Access install that had not updated yet to latest version. This second install also prompted to update Native Access, but I did not. The not-updated version still showed all my Native Instruments products installed, and I was able to update Maschine to 3.7, and Kontakt 8 to it's newest version. Afterwards I quit Native Access. I then tried to figure out which Native Access install listed all my NI Products and iZotope Products, but found out BOTH are now running the most recent version of Native Access, and both show only 10 iZotope products installed, and no Native Instruments products at all. So the issue seems to be directly related to the latest Native Access update.

Once resolved, would be also nice to know which Native Access install is recommended to remove, the one in the ~/Applications/ folder or the one in the ~/Applications/Native Instruments/ folder 🙂
