TRANSFERING MY SERIAL NUMBER TO ME

Question

Hi I am wanting to dj again a wedding and need my s2 working. I have lost the software cd but have its case and serial number. I have spent an hour going round in circles trying to get it registered to me in a new account as I can't remember the old one although I am sure its the same email. Type in serial told its already registered, got to profile click transfer get email with code , type it in and the sent back to login and around we go again. Can I get some help please.

Using the account you have now then please contact N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.

Then tell NI that you have lost access to the old account and that you would like the old account merged into the new one.   It might also help if you send them a picture of the serial sticker together with information of what is the exact product.

Please notice that there are delays on NI Support due to recent inMusic dispositions.
