guitar rig 7 carshes cubase 15

Question

im having problems with guitar rig 7 ..since i updated it awhile ago it wont load in cubase 15.

if i try and load it cubase wil either freeze and i have too quit or it simply crashes cubase.

previous versions of guitar rig are fine just the latest version of 7.

ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not working can anyone help?

yep it loads in standalone but hangs cubase if i try and load as insert.

Does GR7 crash as standalone ?  Does it crash also if you make a new Cubase project from scratch.
