I just installed Kontakt 8 Komplete Start and when I open the program I get a a window that says welcome to Kontakt Player What's New in 8.13.1. None of the buttons are active. I can't figure out how to activate the program.
Try increasing screen resolution so that you can see if there is anything to click that is presently off screen , else please supply a screenshot of the hanging app. As far as I remember then there are one or more situations where you have to click something to make it go away.
The app Kontakt 8 Player is 'activated' using Native Access , but if the Kontakt 8 Player is actually crashing then you can also try the Kontakt Crashes support page solutions .
