This has happened for so many years, never had a fix. I've tried everything from * Disabling Private Relay * Checking my preferences folders * Granting Full Disk Access * Updating NA nothing works. i cannot even download my standalone product and doing a manual install because NI loves to make things difficult.

In Native Access, have you setup specific locations for your Content and Download locations?

Is it happening with any product? Are you installing on an external hard drive? What is the format of the hard drive? On Mac it should be APFS, as mentioned here: https://support.native-instruments.com/support/solutions/articles/69000879327-notes-on-hard-drive-formats-on-mac-computers

i havent tried creating my own but ive routed then to folders that should work but i do have a question i went intopublic downloads and saw all the installers in there for the plug ins in the bundle could this be why its failing? Chat gpt told me run em as administators each one sepereatly as an aax and then re open NI to let them sync… other than doing this when i get to the studio in 4 hours idk what else to try or how should i create my content and download locations?

on my file management i just restored to default when the ones i was trying to direct the last slot to ive tried the location the content everything and im on WINDOWS … maybe i need to figure out how and what type of file to create for it

@Vierre Well, these installers should not stay after the installation. We would recommend to delete those as they can block the download and installation.

Is this only happening for Izotope products? As this would be different from the OP.

What OS are you using in your screencap? Sure looks like an old version of Windows 10 to me….

And what does your dialog like this (Preferences→File Management) - look like in Native Access :

There are 14 versions of Windows 10 - but only one of them is supported. 22H2.

And it would help to see your file locations before changing anything - possible to post as screencap?

You just need to make sure all the last Windows updates available for your Windows 10 system are installed.
