360 subscription - 403 forbidden

I had a 360 Pro subscription for a long time, but it was later canceled. Now I would like to subscribe again, this time to 360 Plus. However, whenever I try to access the subscription page, I get the following error message:

“403 Forbidden. Request forbidden by administrative rules.”

You do not tell which way that you "try to access the subscription page" or at which step of "you trying to accessing the subscription page" that you get the "403".

First of all then to rule out a browser problem then try other browsers (preferably not used before) with no extensions and all cookies accepted. My suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome , Vivaldi browser and Opera browser , depending on what you do not usually use)

Then be sure to be logged in on the NI site when trying.

Then from what I can see then there are two ways of trying to access 'Subscriptions'

1. is that you go to the Try subscriptions page and select a subscription to try and then see how far that will take you (it might tell you that you are not eligible for a trial but perhaps it will then let you continue with paid.)
2. you can go to the "Account Profile Page" and then click "Products and licenses" and then the "Manage Subscriptions" in the "My Subscriptions" and then see if that helps

I would suggest that you try the 1) first and then tries 2) afterwards .

If neither methods works then you need the help of N.I. Support , because since both links works for me then it would most likely be a(nother) technical glitch caused by recent iNMusic NI server dispositions..
