Bought Maschine Plus second hand. It is already registered to another account. I have no idea who owned it before. I need that account removed so I can register the device.

If NI can do that depends on the previous owner that the device is registered to.
You need to contact N.I. Support and ask them to transfer the device to your account (also include picture of serial on bottom of device as well as purchase receipt.) . Then if whoever the device is presently registered to do not object if/when contacted by NI then NI Support will transfer it to you and you should also receive any base software for the device if any…
Please notice that NI Support do not work weekends and also then there appear to be noticeable delays on support at the moment.
