Shimmer shake version 1 can’t be found no matter what I so

the Native Instruments portal doesn’t show my shimmer shake license even though I have it and have used it before on my older Intel Mac. When I go to enter the serial number in native access it says “already registered” but never shows up in my library.

I have tried “show legacy products”, deleting the .xml files, etc..I’ve also written to In Sessikn Audio recently. Amy help would be appreciated!

Maybe try updating Native Access to the latest version. If it’s already up to date, you could uninstall Native Access, download the latest installer, and reinstall it.

Then log back into your NI account and refresh the Library. It might be worth trying before contacting support.
