Komplete 14 Select Included with KONTROL S61 MK3 – Missing Instruments in Native Access

Question

Hello Native Instruments Support,

I recently purchased a KONTROL S61 MK3, which includes a license for Komplete 14 Select.

I have registered and activated the bundled software through Native Access, but some of the instruments that should be included with Komplete 14 Select are not appearing in my Native Access library.

For example, Massive and Monark are missing, along with some other instruments that I believe should be included in Komplete 14 Select.

I have already checked my Native Access account and made sure that the KONTROL S61 MK3 hardware and the bundled Komplete 14 Select license were registered correctly, but these products are still not available for installation.

Could you please check whether the Komplete 14 Select license associated with my KONTROL S61 MK3 has been properly activated on my account, and advise me on how I can access the missing instruments?

Sorry , we help as best we can but if you really need NI Support then contact N.I. Support , use the bot Riff to open a ticket , tell Riff that the suggestions do not help and that you want to open a ticket and have human support assistance.

I understand that the Komplete 14 Select lineup is no longer available. In that case, am I no longer able to receive the instruments and other products that were originally included in Komplete 14 Select?

Correct , you now get Komplete 26 Select

If the Komplete 14 Select bundle has been replaced with a new lineup, could you please let me know which products are included in the replacement bundle?

Registering the hardware should result in you getting emails(s) from NI with codes to get the DAW Ableton Live Lite and a voucher redeem code to get Komplete Select 26 of your preferred flavor  in the NI shop for zero. If you didn't get the emails then check email spam folder .

My understanding is that as soon as your register the S61 into your NI Account - you should see something appear in your account. Or get an email to choose your Select Bundle

Someone from NI should be able to chime in here.
