Hi. After updating Komplete Kontrol, why is my MK3 USB keyboard not recogized? It is not seen anymore in Kontakt 8 or Komplete Kontrol standalone. Reaper says "not found" in the MIDI settings. Please help.

Also know that Reaper is not officially supported for Komplete Kontrol or the MKIII.

Are you sure that you did not 'update' something else also ? And are you sure that your keyboard is a MK3 ?
Updating Komplete Kontrol app should not in anyway make the S-Series MK3 keyboard to not detect or not be detected.
The drivers for the MK3 is installed by the HCS (Hardware Connection Service) and it is also the HCS (in conjunction with keyboard firmware and an OK cable connection) that is responsible for the MK3 being able to connect with Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt 8. .

Try reinstalling the HCS , then reboot computer and try again

If you open the Komplete Kontrol standalone application, do the BROWSER and PLUGIN buttons on the keyboard light up?
If you go into settings > general on the keyboard, what does it say under agent version and USB host connected?
Else try following the Kontrol S-Series MK3 Troubleshooting Guide including the firmware version check. (What is your HCS version and what is your MK3 keyboard firmware version ?)
