As I understand it then your device serial number should be on the bottom of the device on a serial sticker.

Since you refer to 'registered serial number' then that makes me think that you are referring to something account related in which case then :

First go to account profile page .

Then select 'Products and licenses'

Then select Manage Licenses'

And then select 'Transfer Your Licenses'

Then your hardware serial should show there if registered to your account !
