My Kontrol s49 MK3 keyboard won't start

Hi!

I did a firmware update on my keyboard.

The process was interrupted for some reason and stopped with an error message.I tried to restart it, but the keyboard is no longer responding.I am very sad because now I have a useless controller.

Please help me solve this error.

Nothing appears on the screen.

You can try the Power cycle the keyboard 5 times. At the 5th time, the recovery screen should appear and you can re-update the controller.

In order to power cycle, turn on the device, wait 2-3 seconds and then turn it off again. Please repeat this 5 times.
