Kontakt 8 appears not registered after purchasing

I bought the Kontakt 8 Bunble Crossgrade since August 25th until today in my list of "Products Licence" it appears not registered, doesn't show in Native Access Library. I contacted Native support but had no answer so far. Can someone tell me what to do in this case?

Since we in the forum have no access to see if the purchase fit the account then that part can be hard to assess. If the purchase fit the account then depending on what is the specific hiccup then it might require NI Support intervention to fix.

You can try to completely remove Kontakt 8 Player from computer and also follow this troubleshooter here (only rather than delete the “Native Instruments” folder then rename it in case that it makes things worse so you can just rename back again) : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access, especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and offending Kontakt product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps.

Then restart computer and reinstall Kontakt 8 to see if that helps.

I contacted Native support but had no answer so far. Can someone tell me what to do in this case?

Did you get a ticket confirmation ? If so the NI should get back to you and help fix the problem.

The bad news is that there are delays on support due to recent inMusic NI dispositions , the good news is that even though with some delay then you are going to get what you paid for (or a refund if required) .
