To add to this - if the OP IS actually still running MacOS 13 - anything newer than Kontakt 8.8 is not supported:

(When installed correctly) Then the 'Vocal & Choir Leap Bundle' most likely is only available in Leap section of the Kontakt 8 app !

As it says on product page : Vocals and choirs for Leap in Kontakt 8 :
