Ordered a product and it still hasn't been delivered!

I ordered the Session Bassist on Aug 22 for "immediate download". I have yet to receive a serial number 4 days later.

You will not receive any serial numbers. All products are managed via the NI Shop, added to your NI account and are installed via Native Access.

If this product is registered correctly (after purchase) and appears in your (online) NI account - Native Access handles everything - including your serial etc.

All you have to do is click Install next to the Session Bassist tile within Native Access.
