Ticket 840749 - Komplete 26 Standand crossgrade not register

Question

Hello, My support ticket number 840749 has exceede promist response time and I have not received any response. My order NI 4182030 is Komplete, but Komplete 26 Standand crossgrade is still shown as not registrer. I have verified that i'm locked into the correct account and already contact support. Could I moderator please asked help escalate my ticket.

Moderators here are not NI employee so we can not do that.  Only NI forum Customer Care can do that. (they do not process tickets themselves either)

However then it is obvious that there are delays on NI support at the moment and it will typically take more than a couple of days and from the responses seen from NI forum Customer Care then at the moment NI is asking for your patience , so I doubt if you are going to have a ticket escalated if it is only a couple of days old (?)
