Maschine 3 software

I bought software only and it showed up as demo. so then I bought new Maschine 3 for $500 and in native access it still says demo after adding serial number and will not let me use the software.. amazing that we can't get on the phone with anyone..pleasse help

For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface. Use the bot Riff and when what Riff suggests is of no help then ask the bot to make ticket and connect you with human support…

If your software you bought showed demo then the way to fix that is not by adding hardware , you should seek support to fix the problem.

Besides when you buy Maschine hardware and register it to your account then you also gets a free copy of the Maschine software added to your account….

Depending on when you bought the software and if you ever got it to work then if I were you then I would try asking NI Support if you could get a refund on the software purchase since you now also have the software with the Maschine , if you can not then you still sell the software that you bought first…

There is no phone support and you can not initiate support by writing an email address. For initiating support then you need to use the support web interface.
